The board of directors is tasked with making sure the club is according to the bylaws and in a manner consistent with the club's objective.
The object of this club is to create and maintain interest in horses and equine activities in and around Huntington, Indiana; to maintain and improve the current club property in such a way to serve the equine community; to foster social activities and good fellowship, and to work together for the common advantage of all who participate in equine activities.
